Parkes is located 25 minutes North of Forbes and 1.5 hours South of Dubbo About the role BaptistCare Niola Centre is seeking Carers to join their team on a casual or Permanent Part Time basis. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts. Availability for night shifts highly desirable. Duties may include: Assistance with a wide range of person centred care in accordance with care plans Assistance with medication Simple wound dressing Assistance with activities under supervision Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love Skills & experience Previous experience as a Carer (desirable) Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable) OR willing to complete Certificate- Traineeships on offer to eligible candidates We encourage Nursing students to apply Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current NDIS Worker screening clearance About Us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
