Strategic HR People Partner (Temporary)\n\nLocation: E14\n\nHybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office\n Contract Type: Temporary 3 months\n Daily Rate: £400 Inside IR35\n Working Pattern: Full Time\n\nRole Purpose:\n As a Strategic HR People Partner, you will collaborate closely with a designated functional or departmental area, acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and Leadership Team. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing people strategies that align with our organisational goals and deliver optimal outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nBuild effective working relationships with senior leaders, influencing and guiding them in developing and executing their people plans in accordance with the broader people strategy.\nAct as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and support to the leadership team.\nLead and mentor Senior HR Advisors, fostering their professional growth.\nDrive annual HR programmes and change initiatives within your designated areas.\nIdentify gaps in HR policies, facilitating improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.\nUtilise data and insights to pinpoint areas needing attention, working with leadership to implement solutions. Your Experience Includes:\n\nCIPD qualified or possess equivalent relevant experience, demonstrating the necessary skills and knowledge for this role.\nExtensive generalist senior HR experience, particularly in partnering with Executive and Director-level colleagues within a similarly sized organisation.\nProven track record of planning and delivering HR strategic projects effectively.\nAbility to leverage HR functions to enhance organisational performance, covering recruitment, engagement, reward, organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning.\nEstablished credibility and trust with Executive and Director-level stakeholders.\nExperience in driving employee engagement and cultural transformation.
