Job Title: Lecturer in Computing - Fixed Term Contract of 1 Year About the Role: Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across a variety of Computing/IT courses. Develop inspiring schemes of work, session plans, and learning resources. Mark and provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring progress is clearly tracked. Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and drive success across the department. Essential Qualifications: A Computing/IT or related degree/Level 5 qualification Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4 or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent Level 5 Teaching Qualification / completing within 3 years of employment or 3 years of the first available course. Essential Experience: Experience of delivering Computing related subjects reflecting recent changes in industry and including the use of modern technology. Experience of undertaking a pastoral role and effectively using individual learning planning to raise achievement.
