Your Responsibilities
* Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies.
* Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals.
* Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support.
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support.
* Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.
What We're Looking For
* 1+ years' experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults).
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
* Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
* IT literacy and good organisational skills.
* Flexible & adaptable approach - able to work various hours when needed.
* Full EU Driving Licence & access to a car.
