Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile.
* Check in & boarding activities.
* Ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer airlines and their passengers.
* Resolving passenger queries and complaints.
* Implement standard operating procedures to help showcase Red Handling as a growing ground handling company that can be recognised by its standard of work and delivery.

* Previous PSA expierence required.
Person Specification
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Able to work well as part of a team.
* Able to work to deadlines to ensure on-time departures of our customer airlines' flights.
* Able to work a variety of shift patterns as the operation requires 24 hour coverage 365 days of the year.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* A good communicator, both written and verbal.
* Good problem solving skills.
*MUST BE AVALIABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.47-£14.83 per hour
