You’ll be supporting a fun-loving, active young man who thrives on staying fit, exploring outside, and having a good giggle. Your day could include: Going for walks and enjoying the fresh air Supporting gym visits and encouraging fitness goals Planning outdoor activities and mini adventures Sharing plenty of laughs and friendly banter along the way The client is a 19-year-old male living in his own home with an acquired brain injury, whom you will be supporting on a 1:1 basis to access social activities The client requires rehabilitation assistance and support in the community The client is chatty and bubbly and would love someone with a similar personality supporting them with outdoor and indoor activities Successful Applicant: Must have at least 12 months experience in complex care settings We require someone who drives and has access to a car (can accept manual or automatic) We would love someone who is bubbly, engaging, with great communication skills, and a kind, caring natureThis is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person’s life.
