The Role Managing and developing relationships with existing customers Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within accounts Handling customer enquiries and providing tailored solutions Preparing quotations and converting opportunities into orders Processing orders accurately and coordinating internally Ensuring excellent service from enquiry through to delivery Maintaining accurate customer records and account information What We’re Looking For Experience in account management, internal sales, or a customer-facing role is beneficial Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and results-driven Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable working with systems and data We are also open to ambitious individuals with little or no sales experience who are eager to learn and build a career in sales. Full training will be provided.
