Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Head of Sales to develop and execute a winning sales strategy across B2B, B2C, and retail channels. You will oversee national and Area sales managers, manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and expand market share for Geepas in the UK.

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Geepas UK business objectives, with a focus on establishing Geepas in the UK.

Drive revenue growth across multiple channels, including Key National accounts, multiple retails groups, buying groups, wholesalers and distributors.

Identify and secure new market opportunities and sales channels to expand category reach and market share.

Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders through joint business planning and long-term collaboration.

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture with clear direction, coaching, and accountability.

Deliver compelling sales initiatives and in-store/digital activations that enhance brand visibility and maximize sell-through.

Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, accounts, e-commerce, and social media to align on customer trends, adapt promotional strategies, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand marketing, logistics, and commercial planning teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained category performance.

Monitor sales performance using real-time analytics and market data to inform strategy, optimize execution, and identify growth opportunities.

Provide timely, insight-driven reports to the Director, outlining key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Proven track record (8+ years) in a senior sales role within consumer electronics, home and kitchen appliances, SDA category.

Demonstrated success in scaling retail sales in the UK market.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.

Deep understanding of the UK retail landscape and B2B/B2C dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical and data-driven with a hands-on, strategic mindset.

Clean UK Driving License
