Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm

Pay: £40.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duties

The role holder will be responsible for effectively managing and organising the frontline delivery of work activities, and lead on strategic marketing and development of venues and localities.

Effective management of a high-quality repairs and maintenance service, a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals and support services, to ensure that all statutory duties are managed in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practice.

Repairs and Maintenance Managers will be responsible for managing the reactive repairs service, major repairs service, void properties, and the disrepair service, being assigned to lead on one or more specific areas, according to operational needs and management direction.

Ensure the repairs service is appropriately resourced, managed and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are maintained in accordance with best practice,
