Supply Teachers – Secondary
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging lessons across a range of secondary subjects and year groups
* Create positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environments
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and departmental expectations
* Support student progress and behaviour within existing school frameworks
* Work collaboratively with staff and follow school policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in secondary schools
* Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
* Adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons when required
