Are you passionate about photography? We are looking for a talented and creative Assistant Club Photographer to join our dynamic team. As our Assistant Club Photographer, you’ll play a vital role in capturing the moments that matter — from matchday action and behind-the-scenes content to Club events and community initiatives.
Please note, this role will require weekend and evening work to follow the football schedule therefore flexibility will be needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture high-quality images from matches, training sessions, community events, and player features.
* Edit and process images for use across digital and print platforms.
* Attend Men’s, Women’s, and Academy fixtures when required.
* Photograph Club events including press conferences, community programmes, and fan engagement activities.
* Work closely with the Club Photographer and media team to plan shoots.
* Liaise with players, coaches, and staff to schedule photo sessions.
* Maintain a well-organised photo archive.
* Ensure consistent image tagging and easy access for internal departments.
* Uphold the Club’s visual identity in all content.
* Stay on top of photography trends to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of professional photography experience (sports or events preferred)
* Proficient with camera gear and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)

* Excellent eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Team player with great interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about football and creative storytelling through photography.
