What You'll Do
Join our dynamic team and lead high-impact bids across the UK defence sector. As our new B2B Bid Lead, you\'ll manage end-to-end tender processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape winning proposals that make a difference.
* Lead bids from EOI to ITT with our Defence & Aerospace teams
* Coordinate technical, legal, commercial, and BD stakeholders
* Draft compelling proposals and ensure compliance at every stage
* Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members
What We're Looking for
* Experience in UK defence bids and public procurement portals (e.g. CDP, JOSCAR)
* Strong writing, planning, and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with UK Procurement Regulations (PA23)
* Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years\' experience in bid or proposal management (ideal).
* Strong knowledge of bid processes, governance, and best practice.
* Experience managing procurement portals and the new Central Digital Platform (CDP) introduced under the Procurement Act.
* APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is desirable but not essential.
