Job Description: Executive Officer EO2
Functions, roles and responsibilities include providing support to the Branch/Division in areas such as coordination and executive support.
The post holder requires the ability to:
* Communicate well both orally and in writing to a diverse range of customers both internal and external.
* Provide administrative support for the Branch, ensuring records are maintained accordingly, ensuring good governance and control.
* Provide general administrative support, for example, organising meetings and taking minutes, booking venues and hospitality for branch and divisional meetings.
* Support the Divisional coordinator for all corporate and other departmental exercises, assessing the requirements of each return and commissioning to Division colleagues as appropriate.
* Maintain relevant recording systems, databases and spreadsheets.
* Use a range of computer systems to action tasks.
* Gather, check, assess and interpret information to make decisions/recommendations against clearly defined criteria, regulations, procedures and deadlines.
* Participate in a team in a target driven environment to support the delivery of customer service, quality and performance.
* Pay Rate: £15.83 per hour.
* Location: Jubilee House, Ballykelly, Limavady.
* Working Hours : 37. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
* Start date: 19 th January 2026.
* Expected end date: 29 th March 2026 with possibility of extension.

* Requirements: 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English and 2 A Levels (Grade C or Above).
