As a Host at our beautiful, secluded property, you'll be the welcoming face of our exclusive retreat — a sanctuary of calm, comfort, and curated luxury.
Your Role as Host:Greets guests with genuine warmth and ensures every moment of their stay feels personal and exceptional.Coordinates daily operations across breakfast service, housekeeping, afternoon tea, guest requests, and evening turndown.Collaborates with our Spa, Estates, and Housekeeping teams to maintain seamless standards and serene surroundings.Acts as a lead on events and exclusives – working alongside the Front Office Team to ensure perfectly executed special occasions.Anticipates needs, resolves issues with grace, and elevates the guest experience through thoughtful touches.Upholds our brand promise of quiet luxury, privacy, and heartfelt care.
This role does require a balance of practical 'roll your sleeves up' housekeeping, waiting on, reception, events and everything in between. xkzlckt
