Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager role is responsible for unlocking programmatic advertising revenue from brands across multiple verticals with in-house buying capabilities. You'll own the relationships with our customers and drive greater adoption of our DSP through solutions-oriented selling. A successful SM will have a clear understanding of the client's long-term business objectives and uncover partnership opportunities to further grow the client's business with StackAdapt. You'll work closely with the StackAdapt Client Services teams to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships. StackAdapt is a Remote First company and we are open to candidates located across the UK.
What you'll be doing:
1. Identifying, pitching, and closing media and platform sales deals with mid to large-sized brand direct clients.
2. Building and executing prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities.
3. Leading responses to RFPs, working cross-functionally to deliver top-tier strategies to prospective clients.
4. Establishing and cultivating relationships with top executives across your client base.
5. Communicating client feedback internally to help shape product development by engaging with stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering.
6. Partnering with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts strategically by pitching new products and solutions.
7. Showcasing the benefits of StackAdapt's media buying platform through detailed product demonstrations.
8. Managing and communicating quarterly forecasts and pipeline accurately.
9. Meeting clients regularly (virtually and in person) to build relationships and accelerate account growth.
Requirements:
* 8+ years experience at an Advertising and/or Marketing technology company.
* Established network in digital advertising, with a focus on brands.
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels, including the C-Suite.
* Deep knowledge of a brand's buying process and navigating complex procurement and onboarding conversations.
* Willingness to travel and present to senior decision-makers at brands.
* Solutions-oriented approach to understand and address customer challenges.
* Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising and marketing technology ecosystem.
* Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
* Growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
* Hunter mentality: passion for identifying and closing new opportunities.
* Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
* MEDDICC training or similar sales methodology knowledge.
