We’re looking for a Bartender who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.
✨ Your Role as Bartender:
* Crafts exceptional cocktails, mocktails, and classic drinks with flair.
* Provides warm, attentive service to exceed guest's expectations.
* Shares knowledge of wines, spirits, and local ingredients.
* Keeps the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
* Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
* Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
* Upholds the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
* Previous bartending experience in a fine dining setting.
* Deep understanding of a variety of beverages, including mixology.
* A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A desire to grow within a forward-thinking, modern restaurant built around using local produce with a twist.

Salary: from £30,654.00 - £32,292.00 per year
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
Hours: 45 hours per week.
