Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, in the recruitment of a Talent Aquisition Advisor. This is a full time office based position, joining a busy team handling all elements of the recruitment process along with some HR Admin elements.
Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor
* Onboarding and offboarding personnel
* Creating and posting job advertisements
* Shortlisting CVs and arranging interviews
* Registering new employees
* Managing staff leave, including sickness, maternity and long term absence
* Assisting with the ongoing personnel management
* Updating and sending contracts to new and existing employees
* Database management
* Checking right to work documents
