Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Stafford, ST16, on a Permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring or existing customer service advisor to broaden their skillset. The client offers luxury motorhomes and allied services including maintenance, repair and bespoke installation.

Our client offers a robust personal development programme including both internal and external training: You will be funded on a NVQ in Customer Service and NVQ in Business Administration, as well as role-specific training to increase your brand and product knowledge.

Experience within a car sales environment or similar would be highly advantageous.

Salary for the Customer Service Advisor:

Additional bonus structure dependant on department performance

The Customer Service Advisor must:

12. Have previous Customer Service experience
13. Be professional in appearance and nature
14. An interest in cars, motorhomes or travel would be advantageous
15. Experience / Knowledge of Keyloop or Kerridge would be advantageous

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

16. Take ownership of the customer and their vehicle from point of sale throughout the product life
17. Work under the instruction of the Service Centre Manager and Operations Manager
18. Meet and greet all customers upon arrival
19. Qualify the customer to achieve accurate diagnostic information
20. Communicate with allied departments including the workshop
21. Communicate and approve any additional work needed on vehicles
22. Manage the logistics and parking of all vehicles on site
23. Upsell allied products and services
24. Continually update the CRM with accurate client details and vehicle history
25. Respond to any customer enquiries within two hours of receipt
26. Provide reception cover as needed

Hours of work for a Customer Service Advisor:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Must work one out of three Saturdays, 9AM-1PM
