What you'll be doing:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll bring bold ideas to life, creating innovative, high‑impact campaigns that drive results and deliver real value for customers and the business. You’ll play a key role in a Marketing Centre of Excellence, combining strategic thinking with a strong digital mindset to shape campaigns across all products and channels. With a sharp focus on target customer groups, you’ll champion joined‑up, consistent marketing that attracts and retains customers while aligning to business strategy, regulatory requirements and internal priorities. A true ambassador for marketing best practice, you’ll collaborate across teams to continuously improve, meet evolving customer needs and contribute to the organisation’s long‑term growth and success.
* Provides product subject matter expertise for the Marketing Campaigns team and wider Marketing department
* Designs and manages insight and evidence‑led, targeted, value for money, innovative and effective integrated omni‑channel campaigns
* Ensures consistency and synergy across the organisation’s products, projects and customer groups
* Collaborates with other areas of the business and where necessary provides constructive challenge to ensure cohesion and customers are championed
* Contributes to the team’s central shared plan of marketing campaign activity, ensuring marketing campaigns are included and kept up to date
* Demonstrates continuous improvement in quality, time and cost control for all marketing campaign activity
What we’re looking for:
* Professional qualification e.g. CIM Chartered Marketer or equivalent
* Marketing degree or commensurate experience
* Extensive track record in partnering the business to develop and deliver successful creative marketing strategies
* Experience of marketing acquisition, retention campaigns and marketing planning
* Experience of partnership working and stakeholder engagement
* Demonstrable experience of supplier relationship management
* Proven ability to work in a high pressure environment where multi‑tasking, thoroughness and prioritisation is essential
* Proven ability to work independently and proactively engaging with teams via different channels including face to face
