A well-established and growing regional law firm is currently seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer to join its expanding property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to become part of a dynamic and supportive environment, with genuine flexibility around remote and hybrid working.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to appoint a property lawyer who can manage a varied caseload across both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. The role offers a diverse mix of work and the opportunity to collaborate with a large, multi-disciplinary property team.
This position will involve a combination of:
* Acting for property investors and developers nationwide (essential)
* Handling commercial property transactions
* Managing a selection of straightforward residential conveyancing matters
The successful candidate will play a key, flexible role within the team as workloads continue to increase over the coming months.
The Candidate
We are keen to speak with confident and personable individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent client service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* A recognised legal qualification (Solicitor, CILEx/FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer)
* A minimum of 3 years experience in commercial property
* Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters
* Strong billing history and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong organisational, IT, and time management abilities
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
For candidates seeking primarily remote working, a strong track record of working independently and remotely is essential.
