Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and informative Health and Social Care lessons at BTEC Level 2 and 3.
* Develop students' understanding of key concepts such as human growth and development, health and well-being, and safeguarding.
* Create a practical and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress in Health and Social Care.
* Support students in securing relevant work experience opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Health and Social Care or a related discipline.
* Experience teaching Health and Social Care at BTEC Level 2 and 3 (or strong potential as an ECT with relevant sector experience).
* A strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements for BTEC Health and Social Care.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to providing students with practical and relevant learning experiences.
