At Dunelm, we’re all about helping people feel at home - and that includes how they find us online. As part of our in-house Digital Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in making sure customers discover the home comforts they love, right when they need them.
We’re looking for a PPC Executive who’s curious, analytical, and ready to roll up their sleeves. If you love digging into data, spotting opportunities, and turning clicks into conversions, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you will be doing:
You’ll take the reins on a range of Paid Search campaigns - planning, optimising and testing your way to better performance. Whether it’s tweaking bids, crafting compelling ad copy, or uncovering new keyword gems, you’ll be driving results that really matter.
Here’s a peek at what your day might involve:
* Owning and optimising PPC campaigns with a focus on both growth and profitability
* Hunting down new keyword opportunities using smart tools and a sharp eye
* Managing bidding strategies to hit ROI targets while keeping things efficient
* Running A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages and more to boost performance
* Keeping our reports meaningful, insightful and easy to understand
* Staying on top of industry trends and sharing the good stuff with the team
* Taking pride in your work - dotting the i’s, crossing the t’s, and making sure everything runs smoothly
* Managing your task list like a pro, knowing what’s urgent and what can wait
What we look for in you:
You don’t need to know everything - but you do need to be eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and confident working with data.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have hands-on experience with PPC campaigns
* Are comfortable with numbers and Excel (think VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, the works)
* Communicate clearly and confidently - whether it’s a quick update or a big idea
* Stay cool under pressure and keep things accurate
* Are proactive and always looking for ways to improve
* Love solving problems and getting into the detail
* Know your way around other digital marketing channels
* Have experience working with large datasets and turning them into insights
* Can present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
* Understand what makes ad copy click-worthy
* Are just as happy working solo as you are in a team
