As a Medical Secretary at our Wessex Hospital, you will have a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, comfort with numbers, and a commitment to providing top-level support are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality administration support.
2. Provide exceptional customer service.
3. Prioritize a busy workload, stay calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism.
4. Manage diaries, type clinical reports and letters to a high standard, book appointments, and manage emails.
5. Serve as the primary contact for patients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.

A 46-bed private hospital in West Hampshire, specializing in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women's Health, and Spinal Surgery. Onsite facilities include Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Hydrotherapy, offering comprehensive care. The hospital features 16 outpatient rooms, 46 private bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a 24-hour resident doctor, four operating theatres, and an endoscopy suite.
