This is a great opportunity for a freelance General Foreman to join a highly regarded contractor specialising in the Water sector. Through a recently secured framework, my client is working on a £70m upgrade of a Water Treatment Plant in Dorset and will have work until at least 2030.
As General Foreman you will:
* Be responsible for managing operatives and subcontractors, ensuring programme deadlines are met.
* Manage health and safety standards are upheld on site.
* Keep site diaries, daily allocations sheets, plant sheets, issue permits etc.
* Give daily briefings and conduct inductions and toolbox talks.
Our client requires a General Foreman with:
* Experience of working on civil engineering schemes
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary/Benefits:
* £350-£400 per day PAYE Umbrella
