Hours: Hybrid, Full Time, Mon - Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm
Reporting To: Service Delivery Team Lead
This role is part of Saepio’s Managed Services team. Saepio is a rapidly growing Information Security Solutions Provider that works with UK-based corporate customers. We help protect employees, data, users, applications, and systems from cyber threats. What will you be doing?
* Be involved in a variety of managed services for customers, including Digital Risk Protection, Brand Protection, and Dark Web Monitoring.
* Set up security services for new customers and investigate alerts from monitoring platforms to inform customers of security threats.
* Provide insightful summaries of performance results on customer and industry trends.
* Use knowledge, resources, and independent research to provide recommendations for service improvement to reduce security risks.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
* Onboarding: Manage new customer onboarding to new security services.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their needs.
* Service Delivery Management: Support and guide customers to improve security awareness and reduce breach risk.
* Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for service-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
* Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on service delivery and manage expectations.
* Performance Monitoring: Track service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Reporting: Prepare and present high-quality service reports to customers to add insights for improving security protection.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service delivery activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions.
What are we looking for?
* Background in one of: SOC Analyst, Information Security Analyst, Security Awareness Training, Security Incident, Service Management, or Security Customer Success roles.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality service and able to manage multiple customers with attention to detail and organization.
* Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
* Impeccable organization and task management; able to handle pressurized situations and deadlines.
* CRM skills; experience with CRM systems to manage client interactions.

Requirements
* Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing security operational support role providing incident/request management, service reporting, reviews, and service improvement for a business or Managed Service. Ideally in Security Services such as SOC Incident Management, Digital Risk Protection, Brand Management, Supply Chain Vulnerabilities Detection and Response, or Threat Intelligence.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building relationships and communicating with clients and internal teams.
* Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement creative solutions to resolve service-related issues efficiently.
* Organisational Skills: To manage service delivery effectively and coordinate tasks.
* CRM Skills: Experience with CRM systems to manage client interactions.
* Attention to Detail: Critical for accurate service delivery and documentation, and adherence to SLAs.
* Best-in-Class Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
* Collaborative: Works effectively as part of a team.
* Desire to Learn and Skill Development: Proactive in expanding knowledge relevant to the role.
Desirable (not mandatory): Experience in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP); Digital Risk Protection/Brand Management tools (e.g., Rapid7, Zerofox, SOCRadar); Supply Chain Security Risk Management; SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, ELK, Siemplify); Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Nessus, Nexpose); IDS/IPS; other cyber security certifications (e.g., CompTIA, NIST, ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR).
