Sales Development Representative - The Role:
* Research and identify potential customers in target markets to create new business opportunities
* Use outbound strategies such as cold calling email campaigns and social media outreach to engage prospects
* Track all interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system
* Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with Sales Executives for qualified prospects
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs including calls made emails sent and qualified opportunities generated
