We are proud to support the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, and we're offering an excellent opportunity for individuals to join our valued training team as either a Tier 2 Facilitator or Co-Trainer.
This is a meaningful and rewarding role where you will help deliver impactful training to health and social care professionals, supporting improved understanding and care for people with learning disabilities and autism.
We are currently seeking Facilitators and Co-Trainers UK wide.
Key Responsibilities (Co-Trainer)
* Co-deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 2 sessions in-person
* Share your personal lived experience in a structured, supportive, and impactful way
* Work alongside experienced lead trainers to ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging sessions
* Travel to different training venues as required
Essential Requirements (Co-Trainer)
* Lived experience of autism or learning disability
* Tier 2 Co-Trainer certificate for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training
* A passion for improving awareness, inclusion, and care standards
* Willingness to travel to training locations across England (if required)
* No healthcare qualifications are required
Key Responsibilities (Facilitator)
* Facilitate Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 2 sessions in person
* Deliver engaging, structured, and professional training sessions
* Work collaboratively with co-trainers to ensure high-quality and effective delivery
Essential Requirements (Facilitator)
* Tier 2 Facilitator certificate for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training and hold a unique Oliver McGowan Trainer ID with the NHS
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A passion for promoting awareness, inclusion, and high standards of care
* Willingness to travel to training locations across England (if required)
