Thrive Education are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Gloucester from 27th April.
This vibrant and inclusive primary school sits at the heart of its local community and supports around 400+ pupils aged 4–11. The school prides itself on creating a nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported and inspired to achieve their full potential. Staff work closely together to ensure pupils benefit from a broad, creative and engaging curriculum, alongside strong pastoral support that allows every child to thrive both academically and personally.

The Role
Full class responsibility for a Year 4 class
Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development
Working collaboratively with the wider school team
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Strong classroom management skills
Passion for delivering engaging and creative lessons
A commitment to supporting every child to reach their full potential
