Recruitment Consultant – Droitwich – 4-day week (with 5 days pay!) – Part Office (Droitwich) / Part Home-Based

As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on account management and new business development, you will be at the forefront of our growth. Your main responsibilities include cultivating and expanding our client base, identifying and securing new business, and managing existing accounts using our established database since 2012. You will work with market-leading companies within agriculture, farming, and related sectors globally, supported by a dedicated resourcing team.

Job Purpose:
1. Fulfill client briefs efficiently and cost-effectively.
2. Deliver superior service to clients and candidates consistently.
3. Build, manage, and grow client relationships, adding value to our offerings.
4. Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities.
5. Cross-sell proactively and conduct new business development to meet sales goals.
6. Keep the team updated on market and client developments.
7. Manage client and candidate expectations effectively.
8. Work closely with the Resourcing Team to find top candidates.
9. Conduct regular client reviews and performance monitoring.
10. Ensure compliance with SLAs and produce SLAs for all jobs.
Essential Skills Required:
* At least 18 months of proven recruitment sales experience.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.
* Target-driven, enthusiastic, and coachable with a growth mindset.
* Highly motivated and ambitious.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary (£27,000 - £32,500) plus a lucrative commission scheme, with potential earnings of £78,000 OTE in the first year. Benefits include a 4-day workweek with full pay, training, pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance incentives, bonuses, team events, and clear career progression.
