About The Role
Through our continued growth and development, we’re looking to add a Competitor Analyst to our busy Head Office Retail Operations team. We are looking for a passionate individual who is inquisitive and confident with exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will help analyse trends within the kitchen/bedroom industry and collaborate with stakeholders to improve and manage processes. Main Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain reports on kitchen and bedroom industry trends impacting Wren
2. Monitor competitor activity and provide insightful, audience-specific analysis.
3. Deliver accurate data and monthly/quarterly presentations to stakeholders.
4. Support business improvements by designing solutions and managing project timelines.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and communicate progress.
6. Present and distribute reports using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
7. Contribute to competitor intelligence documentation (SOPs, forms, etc.).
8. Assist departments with new analysis, implementation, and interpreting quotations.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS)Responsibilities document.

17. Broad knowledge of kitchens and bedrooms.
18. Great organisational skills
19. Ability to prioritise and good time management skills
20. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
21. Attention to detail
22. Good understanding of Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
