Assistant Manager - What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth service across both front and back of house

Managing and motivating a small, dynamic FOH team
*
Taking ownership of key admin tasks and sales reporting
*
Tracking KPIs, helping drive performance and hitting sales targets
*
Providing strong leadership during shifts, ensuring high standards and team accountability
*
Working closely with the GM to identify areas for improvement and team development

A confident people manager with experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting

Someone highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and strong computer/admin skills

Flexible availability – no late nights (latest finish 8PM), though availability for match/event days is essential
