Were working with the in-house management arm of one of the UKs largest Housing Services Providers, responsible for development and management of communities UK wide.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to join their in-house Property Management team managing 2 x settled (larger) new build (high rise) estates as follows:
Hybrid working
splitting time between home and site as required (with once monthly visits to Head office in London)
Managing 2 x prestigious High-Rise Buildings
one near Kew Gardens, the other in West London (previous HRB experience essential)
Both sites are fully staffed (Estate Managers, Concierge etc.) and you will have your own Assistant PM to deal with all resident queries and administration (freeing up your time for budgets, major works, escalated issues, developer meetings etc.)
You will focus on site visitation and client satisfaction, ensuring current and evolving H&S / Fire Safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
TPI qualification preferred but not essential, our client supports professional development and offers an impressive, structured career path
3-5 years committed Property Management experience required, with recent exposure to larger new builds / high rises
Salary for the successful Property Manager / Senior Property Manager will start at up to £66k comprising £60k basic, £6k bonus and an extensive corporate benefits package including excellent pension, health & wellbeing perks, and generous annual leave entitlement.
