An established main contractor with over 50 years of trading history. They employ approximately 280 people and turn over around £100 million annually.
Their current focus is on commercial, industrial and life sciences new build projects, primarily across London. Project values typically range between £5 million and £15 million, with larger schemes also forming part of their portfolio.
THE JOB – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (LONDON)
* Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm
* The Quantity Surveyor will be split between office and site, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial.
* You will be managing multiple projects at one time across London. Projects valued at £15 million and above will typically have two QS professionals assigned, while projects under £15 million are usually managed by one QS.
* You will be responsible for commercial management from procurement through to final account, handling subcontractor packages, cost reporting and client valuations.
* This role offers exposure to multiple schemes simultaneously and would suit someone comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
THE CANDIDATE:
* ·Open to various experience levels
* Experience working on commercial/industrial projects preferred
* Strong commercial awareness
* New build experience desirable
* Comfortable working site and office based (no hybrid working)

* From £50,000+ (depending on experience)
