Were a specialist recruitment business focused on creative production. Since 2019, weve worked across VFX, virtual production, spatial computing, experiential and interactive. Our clients are global film and TV production studios, creative agencies and production companies delivering high-profile work.
As AI becomes part of the production pipeline, we place leaders and specialists who can deliver in established production environments and apply AI sensibly, based on what the work needs.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role
Well teach you how to do recruitment properly in a specialist, high-value market. Youll work closely with our founder and, through a structured training plan, youll be coached on how to research, speak to candidates, qualify properly, and run a process that clients trust.
