We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated English Teacher to join our client in Bedfordshire, with an Ofsted 'Good' rating. As a English Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3 to KS5, nurturing their talents and developing key skills. You will play a vital role in encouraging students to engage with english, fostering their confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking abilities.
Start Date: September 2025
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and inspiring english lessons to students from KS3 to KS5, encouraging academic curiosity and excellence.
• Support extra-curricular initiatives, providing students opportunities to further explore english beyond the classroom.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Contribute to curriculum development and share ideas for innovation within the department.
• Promote a love for english and ensure students have access to a range of resources and activities that encourage academic exploration.

About You:
• A degree in English or a related subject.
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience teaching english at KS3 to KS5, with a passion for inspiring students.
