The postholder willsupport delivery of the community Dermatology service supervised by the consultantspecialist team. They will play a key role in the day-to-day management of theassessment, monitoring and follow up of patients with Dermatology conditions for Modality LLP. They will maintain and improvestandards and the quality of patient care in relation to dermatological conditions. Our service model ismainly virtual whereby patients are assessed and managed using video andtelephone consultations. A laptop and appropriate mobile working equipment willbe provided. About us

Ability to be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the service Full driving licence and the ability to travel between service locations. Ability to carry out patient assessments or treatments with moderate physical effort Experience
Evidence independently delivering dermatology clinics Experience of working within a similar environment within primary/secondary care A strong understanding of multi- disciplinary and/or multi agency working within a community setting. Competence in individual caseload management and up-to-date dermatology knowledge/experience Knowledge and understanding of NHS priorities in relation to dermatology Knowledge of the principles of clinical audit and evidence of participation Skills
High professional standards. Ability to work with all members of a multi-professional team. Evidence of innovation or awareness off. Willingness to make presentations to multidisciplinary groups. Willingness to work flexibly on all primary care services sites, and within the community care sector as the needs of the service dictate. Able to drive. Qualifications
