I am working with a thriving independent practice in the heart of Central London who are looking for a Head | Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their fantastic team!
They’re seeking a confident and experienced Vet with 5+ years’ experience who can lead, inspire and manage a close-knit clinical team of 4–5 Vets and 5–6 RVNs ️️
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone ready to take the reins and make an impact
What they’re looking for:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Confidence in routine surgeries and the ability to generate and maintain a solid caseload
Experience in Laparoscopy and Endoscopy (highly desirable, though not essential)
Comfortable working sole charge when required

What’s on Offer:
Salary up to £90,000 DOE
5-day working week (8-hour days)
Only 1 in 3 weekends (Weekly hours capped at 40 hours a week)
