To complete maintenance and reactive repairs on the gas equipment and associated plant on site. Be responsible appointed person for the Gas on the NEC group Contract.
Responsibilities
* Completing statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant
* Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant
* Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group
* Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract
* Ensure all gas certification is up to date
* Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed
* Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times
* Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning
Qualifications
* CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT
* 5-10 Years Experience in a similar role
* Experience working on large commercial boilers
* Experience working on Direct fired AHUs
* Experience on commercial catering gas a bonus
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Organised and disciplined approach to work with careful attention to detail
* Computer literate - Word, Excel
