Keep projects moving! We are looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing Projects Co‑ordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications team at Chichester College Group. If you thrive on planning, scheduling and seeing projects through from idea to delivery, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
* Support planning and coordination of marketing projects using suitable project management tools.
* Manage project schedules, track progress and update stakeholders.
* Coordinate day‑to‑day workflow across teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Act as the go‑to contact for project updates and queries.
* Keep clear documentation of activity, tasks and outcomes.
* Support internal project meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
* Identify areas to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience coordinating marketing or creative projects.
* Strong knowledge of campaign development, content workflows and scheduling.
* Confidence using project management tools and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* First‑class organisational and time‑management skills.
* GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
* A professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) and experience in education/public sector is a bonus.
The location of this role will be discussed at interview.
