We are seeking time served Bricklayers to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis. Contractor opportunities also available for the right applicants. You will be based out of Ellon, Aberdeenshire however, work will be across the Aberdeenshire area. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 07-00 - 1700 (1600 on Friday) Overtime rates paid after 40 hours worked Overtime at weekends will also be available if desired Duties: Constructing walls, partitions, chimneys, and other structures from bricks Reading and interpreting blueprints or plans to determine the layout of brickwork Mixing mortar and cement to desired consistency for bricklaying Ensuring structures are level and aligned correctly Working on various projects including residential buildings, commercial properties, and industrial sites Skills: Time served Bricklayer Expertise in bricklaying techniques and masonry work Knowledge of roofing techniques to integrate brickwork with roofs Valid driving licence Please note applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK and live within daily commute to Ellon.
