Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 - ED Administration Coordinator to work within the Emergency Department (ED).
We are seeking a motivated, committed, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to join our reputable administrative team within the Emergency Department.
The post holder should have effective communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, be a good team player, and possess excellent customer service skills to support the smooth running of the department.
This role requires working shift patterns to ensure 24/7 coverage of the department.
The post holder will adhere to Trust policies regarding patient information and Data Protection Act 1998 compliance.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors attending the Emergency Department, demonstrating professionalism, care, courtesy, and respect when greeting patients.
