We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Female Support Workers in the Luton area, LU1. This role involves supporting a female client with an acquired brain injury.
Must be a driver.
The client enjoys activities such as swimming and yoga; we are seeking a support worker keen to assist and participate in these activities.
Shift Times
This is a 24/7 support package, but the available position covers day shifts and weekends.
£12.25 per hour + holiday pay + pension!

Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent English
* A strong-willed character with empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours
* Knowledge of complex behaviour and brain injury
* Full UK work rights (we do not sponsor)
* Must be a driver
Your Role
* Accessing the community
* Supporting the client to plan her day and engage meaningfully
* Assisting with daily tasks including cooking and domestic duties
* Medication management
* Maintaining daily records
* Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve goals
* Supporting social visits with family
Hourly day rate: £12.00
Sleep-ins paid at £70 per night
