Due to one of our valued receptionists relocating, we are now looking for an
enthusiastic and professional Dental Receptionist
to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to step into a key role at a time of growth and expansion.

, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable using computers, with a willingness to learn our dental software and CRM system.
* Previous dental reception or nursing experience is desirable, but not essential – the right attitude and strong customer service skills are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel at ease.
* Handling incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism.
* Managing bookings, recalls, and the appointment system.
* Checking patients in and out, taking payments, and managing records.
* Supporting the clinical team with smooth day-to-day practice operations.
* Assisting with administrative duties and practice marketing/social media when required.

About You:
* Previous customer service/reception/secretarial experience is essential.
* Excellent telephone manner and people skills are a must.
