Yard Operative – Lutterworth (LE17) – Temp to Perm – Day & Night Shifts Available We are recruiting Yard Operatives for a leading chemical distribution company based in Lutterworth. This is a 12-week temp to perm role with long-term career opportunities for the right candidates. Location: Lutterworth, LE17 Contract: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 12 weeks) Pay Rates: £15.17 per hour £17.01 per hour with holiday pay Overtime (after 42.5 hours per week): £22.76 per hour £25.51 per hour with holiday pay Role: Yard Operative ️ Requirements: Counterbalance FLT licence is essential Shifts Available Day Shift Operative Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays Start time: between 06:00 – 09:00 Full-time hours with overtime available Night Shift Operative Week 1: Sunday – Thursday 21:00 – 06:15 Week 2: Monday – Thursday 18:00 – 03:15 Rotating weekly pattern.
