Your new role
1. Lead Diverse Audit Engagements: Manage a range ofplex audit assignments across various sectors, collaborating with managers and partners as needed.
2. Audit Planning & Execution: Prepare audit files, conduct planning activities, and lead or support fieldwork to ensure thorough and efficient audits.
3. Team Supervision & Development: Allocate tasks and oversee junior team members, offering guidance, training, and performance reviews to support their growth.
4. Quality & Budgetpliance: Ensure audits arepleted to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget parameters set by Directors.
5. Review & Oversight: Supervise and evaluate workpleted by less experienced staff to maintain quality and consistency.
6. Financial Reporting: Utilise accounting software to generate accurate reports for managers, directors, and clients.
7. Statutory Accounts Review: Review and finalise statutory accounts under the supervision of your Line Manager.
8. Taxpliance: Review corporation taxputations to ensure accuracy andpliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant or near to qualifying with at least three years' audit experience.
