You'll work with pupils from our Primary School and Secondary School delivering high-quality coaching, supporting lessons and clubs, and helping to foster a love of sport and physical activity.
The Role:
* Complete daily tasks to support the PE Department including organising equipment, checking of equipment, preparation of spare kit.
* Prepare kits for use for fixtures
* Support in the changing rooms and lesson changeover.
* Lead and assist with fixtures across a range of sports including Basketball, Football, Cricket, Athletics.
* Lead in after school clubs.
* Maintenance of equipment and PE teaching spaces.
* Support in timetabled lessons across both Primary and Secondary Schools.
* A suitable role for someone who is looking to explore a career in education.
* A Sport enthusiast.
* Highly diligent and organised
* Punctual and professional
* Opportunity to take on officiating and coaching qualifications for development
* A school who work closely with professional sport organisations such as Arsenal FC
* A school who compete in high level school sport competitions such as the London Cup, Football, Middlesex Cricket and English Schools Athletics.

St Mary Magdalene Academy aims to ensure every individual is valued and cared for, and to help children become responsible citizens of the future. The school strives to provide a varied and stimulating curriculum that caters to every student. The motto is, "Show by a good life that your works are done by gentleness born of wisdom" (James 3:13).
The school specialises in the humanities and global citizenship, but also concentrates on RE, geography, maths and science. Enrichment activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award, sports, music, drama, chess, debating and Latin are all available to foster greater talents in each child.
