Location: Remote (with international travel)
Fentimans is looking for a commercially driven International Territory Development Manager to accelerate growth across key international markets. This role focuses on growing existing distributor-led territories through strong relationships, strategic account management and hands-on execution.
What you’ll do:
* Drive volume, revenue, margin and distribution growth across international markets
* Manage and develop distributor relationships
* Deliver budget, forecasts and account plans
* Accelerate growth across key international markets across Europe
* Lead performance reviews, negotiations and market transitions
* Work closely with internal teams and travel regularly to market
What we’re looking for:
* Proven international/export sales experience
* Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
* Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset
* Excel & PowerPoint capability
* Full UK driving licence
* Languages and European/ROW market experience a plus
