What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our internal financial reporting processes and controls. Your key responsibilities will include:Delivering efficient, accurate and timely internal financial reportsPreparing and posting month-end journalsLeading on general ledger and balance sheet reconciliationsSupporting budgeting and forecasting cyclesGetting stuck into ad-hoc finance projectsAssisting with internal and external audits

The ideal candidate will have:A professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMAA strong background in financial and management reportingProven experience with process improvement and operational efficienciesExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressureTop-notch communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with inventory (bonus points)Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision (nice to have)
