As we head into the summer term, we’re welcoming a caring Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, well‑established Shooting Stars Bromsgrove team this summer.
Suitable for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3s, the role offers strong leadership, a supportive team culture and opportunities to grow your practice at your own pace. A lunch cover option is also available for those seeking shorter, consistent hours.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
* Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
* Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
* Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
* Support consistent, high‑quality practice and Ofsted standards
