Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Waterlooville for a Chef. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, and managing inventory and supplies. This role requires collaboration with the kitchen team, menu planning, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. Additional responsibilities include adhering to food safety regulations and creating a positive dining experience for customers.
Qualifications
Strong culinary skills, food preparation expertise, and the ability to develop innovative recipes
Experience in kitchen management, organization, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a team, excellent time management skills, and the capability to perform under pressure
Proficiency in managing inventory and kitchen supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide the kitchen team
Previous experience as a Chef in a professional setting
Formal culinary training or a relevant certification is preferred
